the readwrite extension for jump 1.1.1 extends the vividsolutions jump framework by the following features:
- a converter between Geotools2 (GT2) data model and jump 1.1.1 data model
- an implementation of the GT2 data source finding method, to say .. all data source modules (*.jar) in the 'lib/ext/readwrite' folder implementing this method get found and offered in the read/save dialog

NOTE: this extension is in an early stage and built on beta software. Currently only the shapefile module works relatively properly. Others may work in a limited functional range. Only vector based formats will be converted by now.

mini manual:
1. Click 'File->Load/Save Dataset With GT2' or right click on the category/layer and select 'Load/Save Dataset With GT2' to enter the dialog
2. select a datasource on the dialogs top
3. select a file or type in the approriate database parameters
4. click 'OK' to load or save

Hint: in the file dialog, when entering a new file name for saving, you must hit return to convince the filepanel to accept that name. I don't know why!?
